Payment Shipping Terms
1) Paypal is always the preferable payment method. If a buyer would like to pay through other methods, please contact us. Items will be sent as gifts. It is the buyer's responsibility to settle any other duties, taxes and/or import expenses in his/her own country.
2) All auction winners should settle the auction payment within 7 days after the closing of the auction. If the buyer needs any special arrangement to settle the payment, please contact us within 7 days after the auction(s) ends. We will not hesitate to give negative feedbacks to irresponsible buyers!!
3) The fixed worldwide shipping and handling fees is US$6.00. Normally, item(s) will be shipped by airmail. An Extra Charge of US$3.00 will be added if a registered mailed is requested(a registered mailed is highly recommended, otherwise no liability for postal lost, if item(s) has not registered for insurance). Item(s) will be sent in 2-3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all Hong Kong public holidays, after the payment has settled. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4) Please note that the normal delivery time is 10-14 working days. If a "shipment notice" has not received from us in 5 days after the payment settlement, a buyer may contact us for details.
5) If a buyer purchases more than one item, combined shipping and handling service will be provided. The more items you buy, the higher discount will be given. Please contact us for the details of the combined shipping and handling charges.
6) If the auction winner has any special arrangement(s) and/or request(s), such as changing the delivery address and requesting an invoice, please contact us right after the auction(s) ends. Please leave a reminder in the Paypal notice at the same time, if the payment will be settled through Paypal. This ensures the item(s) will be delivered quickly and safely.
