This is a darling Raikes bear by Applause from 1985. Movable joints at the arms and legs. Gorgeous wood face and paws in a very pretty brown color--nice wood grain. Brown eyes and a little black nose. This little bear comes with a tag attached to his wrist, giving a history on Raikes bears. He stands 13" tall and also sits (as pictured). There is an Applause tag on the back of the bear, indicating date and production info. He belonged to a friend of mine that collected dolls and bears and is in very good condition. She kept all of her "babies" (dolls and bears) in huge glass cases and were displayed throughout her home. I have been parting with some of her collection as I simply do not have room to house all of her pieces. I will also be listing several rag, cloth, and soft-sculpt dolls as well.
