Beautiful Porcelain Ballerina is approximately 16" tall with deep skin tone and gorgeous black hair and brown eyes with eyelashes.
She has metallic gold roses and purple ribbons through her hair and a gold ribbon with purple stone around her neck. Her beautiful costume is an iridescent purple satin wiht gold accents. The collar, sleeves and underskirt are pleated off-white iridescent tulle with gold trim. Her ballet slippers are light blue with light blue ribbons. She is wearing "bloomers" in light blue satin.
Her body is stuffed, but her arms, legs, neck/shoulders and head are porcelain. She comes with a metal stand (it is a bit wobbly, always has been) and was used as a store display. I do not have the original box any longer.
This would be the perfect gift for a dark-haired ballerina or the doll collector, as most ballerina dolls are blonde and blue-eyed!
Although she only weighs about 1.5 lbs, I am packing her in lots of bubble wrap and packing to keep hersafe. Shipping costs reflects the additional weight of the packing materials.
