Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Petite Princess Royal Grand Piano (4425-5), in very good played with condition. This, like other Petite Princess furniture, is ¾” scale. This furniture was sold in 1964. This set includes the piano and the red velvet bench. There is no metronome or sheet music. Tape mark on top and side of piano. The stickers are in excellent shape.

My home is smoke-free, but I do have pets. (I try to keep them away from the minis.) However, I purchase most of my minis used, so cannot guarantee what environment they have been in in the past. I do clean them thoroughly before selling, and will tell you if I am aware of any odor.

BASIC SHIPPING INFO: Shipping only to the U.S. (I have not figured out how to do international shipping yet.) I ship via United States Postal Service. I will ship First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail, whichever is least expensive for the item you purchase. There is no charge for handling. Shipping fee reflects my best estimate of the actual cost of shipping plus $0.75 for Delivery Confirmation (not available on First Class Mail). If I overestimate actual shipping costs by $0.50 or more, I will refund the difference to you via PayPal. I usually ship the next business day after receipt of payment. However, I will be out of town until December 9, I will mail this item on Wednesday, December 10.
SALES TAX of 4% must be charged for items shipped to Georgia.
RETURN POLICY: I do not accept returns except in cases of errors or misrepresentations on my part (which hopefully will not happen often). About me: I am a college professor. I acquired the dollhouse miniature habit in December 2007, when I restored the dollhouse that had belonged to my mother, myself, and my daughters. It is a lovely, fully furnished Schoenhut 6-room dollhouse. As I learned more about the history of this house and each of the furnishings, I became hooked. I have started to research and collect dollhouses and furnishings to pass on to my adult daughters and future grandchildren, and am enjoying the challenge of finding interesting pieces. I sometimes purchase more than I need in garage and estate sales and through purchasing multi-piece lots on ebay. You will find some of these extra pieces for sale on ebay on an occasional basis.
