I ship for ACTUAL FEE + a SMALL handling fee of $0.25 to $1.00 depending on size. I print my shipping labels thru paypal so delivery confirmation for Priority is FREE, 1st class and parcel post is just .18. This makes it cheaper for YOU, the buyer, who is most important to me. Combined shipping on any amount of wins, if possible, with only ONE handling fee. You cannot get any better than that.
