3-D Crystal Lacquer is a liquid that adds a third dimension to a two dimensional item. It is thick enough to stay where it is applied and can be built up by applying more than one layer if desired.
Use it as a perfect clear base for setting microbeads.
Mix in paints, pigments, pearl-ex and mica powders to make your own colored lacquers.
