This auction is for a lot of American Girl Kirsten items. These items are from Pleasant Company before the American Girl brand was sold to Mattel.
Included in the auction are:
1. Kirsten's Stationery Set - This stationery comes in a box that has an illustration of Kirsten on the front. Inside are 11 envelopes with an illustration of Kirsten, 15 sheets of paper with an illustration of Kirsten, 1 postcard with an illustration of Kirsten, 1 folding card with an illustration of Kirsten and 2 pamphlets telling: about immigrants and how long it took for mail to travel to their home countries and a letter from Kirsten back to Sweden. On the back of the pamphlet are fun facts about the US postal service that I did not know and found quite interesting to read as I was preparing to list this item.
2. Kirsten's Theater Kit - This item includes 4 play scripts for the play "Home Is Where The Heart Is" Also included is a poster to put up to advertise the showing of the play. This poster has been filled out in pencil. However, you could cut off the top part with the illustrations and then print out who stars as who along with the time, place, etc. and just put it under the illustrations - so I am including it anyway. Please note that the poster has been filled out when bidding.
3. Kirsten's Paper Dolls - This set includes 8 outfits that were never cut out, the directions, the unused accessory envelope that the girl glues together, 2 outfits that were already cut out, the Kirsten paper doll and the Missy the cat paper doll. The paper dolls are made from heavy cardboard (the outfits are to be cut out of paper). The Kirsten paper doll has a bend, but is still quite usable. You will need to take small pieces of cardboard and put in the Kirsten and Missy slits to make them stand up on their own.
My daughter has outgrown American Girl. I am listing several American Girl items (many of them older or retired) and several items sized for American Girl. I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible.
For prompt shipment, please pay promptly. Due to family festivities, I probably will not be able to ship over the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend. If you pay after Tuesday evening, your package will be shipped on Monday.
