Description:
Please find for auction another LOT comprising of 16 pieces some in never opened packages which contain dollhouse/room box wallpaper ~ flooring ~~~ They are MiniGraphics, Handley House and Houseworks .As you can see from the photos there are four flooring items sealed in the original packages.Also I have found some minigraphics wallpapers that look new to like new but are not sealed in a package but are loose. There are six different designs for these and there are to pages in each design making a total of 12.I do not see a name label on the item in photo #2 but the sticker says carpet 14 x 20 doe skin This piece is new and the shadows in the picture are not stains but just light reflections.I am sorry I can not better describe everything but they belong to my wife's miniature collection and she has asked me to pass the on to a new owner. Hopefully the photos will give you a good idea of everything and they are all mint new, never opened and sealed in their original shrink wrap.Photo #1 shows all the items and the remaining photos are a breakdown of #1 with no duplication.Shipping is by priority mail which means fast delivery to you and also include dis a USPS delivery confirmation for tracking.Many thanks for looking!!! I try to include a 12 inch ruler in the photos so as to help gauge size of item. All items sent USPS mail and will be carefully packaged. Payment:
At the auction end winning bidder will automatically receive a checkout form which provides us with your name and address details so as we may prepare your package for shipping. Please complete this checkout form withing 48 hours of auction end. Payment due within 4 days of auction ending unless paying other than by Paypal. If you propose not to use Paypal please inform us and have your payment reach us no later than 10 days from auction end. If you do not so inform us and /or if payment not received within the aforesaid 10 days we reserve the right to re-list or make a 2nd chance offer without notice to you.
Shipping:
We try to estimate shipping at the exact shipping cost plus a very small handling fee. If shipping fee is over-estimated we always refund excess paid. A delivery confirmation tracking number is normally provided. WE SHIP ONLY TO THE UNITED STATES MAINLAND as shipping costs outside of USA are very excessive and prohibitive. Winning bidder should therefore have a US address or be willing to pay an International shipping/handling charge will be much more than that quoted in the auction which is for the USA only. We combine shipping were practicable. Winning bidder please add appropriate shipping and handling fee as outlined in the auction terms. Insurance is optional and please add appropriate amount (or consult with us for same) if insurance is required. We endeavor to ship all items on than next business day after we are notified of your payment. In all cases, items will be shipped no later than 2 business days next following our receipt of your payment. All items shipped USPS in hard box and we usually provide you with a delivery confirmation tracking number.
