Ken Barbie doll Excellent condition. Clothes and doll no misuse visible. Pants turn into shorts when you want to. Shoes are removeable. Box not available for this doll.
PAYMENTS
I prefer payment with PayPal which is due within 3 days from close of sale. I accept money orders or cashier checks which are due within 7 days if you are sending via the mail. If there will be a delay, please let me know so I can work with you.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges shown on the listing are BEFORE the items are packed and/or combined. Many times shipping costs are less than shown.
Shipping is ACTUAL COST of shipping according to location, weight and handling fees. Handling fees are minimal $1-$2 depending on the number of items being packed.
I do not profit from shipping costs. It is best NOT to pay until you have been invoiced. Paying before invoicing causes more work if I have to refund over payments.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is included for UPS.
USPS insurance is $1.70
I will include shipping in the invoice total if shipping insurance is required and so state in the description.
I recommend insurance on most items of a breakable nature, but its your responsibility or option to insure or not. If uninsured I cannot be held responsible for the item once the carrier receives the item. Buyer assumes all responsibility for uninsured items.
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS by bidding on my items. I appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, Refunds will only be provided if the item was inaccurately described or grossly misrepresented in the description and/or photographs.
If the Item is not as described, please contact me immediately to resolve the issue. I will work with you to bring the issue to a happy ending for all. I appreciate your business. Good, prompt mutual communication is vital.
Refunds will be issued less shipping, handling, insurance, and any applicable PayPal or Credit Card fees. I do not accept returns sent C.O.D. and the original shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds will be issued for item(s) that have been altered or damaged in any way or because you changed your mind.
