This is one of the last Brenda Starr dolls produced. She is so pretty with her brunette hair up and painted blue eyes. She is wearing a sweet halter sundress with blue, green and red connected dots. It has a red flower at the top and a red belt and an attached petticoat. Accessories include a straw hat with a red ribbon and flower, red strappy sandals and red earrings. She does have bendy wrists.
