GORGEOUS DOLLS HOUSE WITH ELC WOODEN FURNITURE SWEET XX
This is a gorgeous white dolls house with inner red heart wall paper.
This beautiful dolls house cost £120 new from a small dolls house shop with most (2 items aren't) coming from the Early Learning Centre.
The house itself has been well played with and does need some restoration. It has been kept in my friends loft recently and so has some cracking to the wood frame from where it has got slightly damp (this doesn't really affect play but means that when putting it together you do have to use more force than normal to put the joists together.
There is some damage to the wallpaper in places and some of the shutters are missing.
I have taken lots of photos so you can see what you are getting and hope that you will agree that although it does need a bit of restoration it was far too good to be just thrown away.
Once the furniture is in and a little one is playing with it they don't seem to notice any damage anyway!
This would with some love make a fantastic Christmas present for a little girl and will come flat packed in a box by courier.
Due to the weight I would like it to be a UK only auction unless you are willing to pay the courier costs overseas.

I will always try to post your item within 3 days of receiving your payment although this isn't always possible and I will endeavour to let you know if it isn't. I always obtain a proof of posting and can't be held responsible once your item has left my hands but will help you in any claim that need to be made. Shipping costs include packaging, fees and my time. I try to make my shipping costs fair to you and me and do sometimes re-cycle packaging to do my bit for carbon footprinting!!
All sales are final unless I have made a mistake (I am only Human) and if this is the case I will refund once item is returned to me.
I am a busy Mum of 2 and see Ebay as a hobby and way of making some extra pocket money. I don't sell anything I wouldn't be happy to receive myself and launder and iron (although by the time you receive it it may not look like it) everything before sending.
