This is a foldaway doctor's office for Dr. John Littlechap. It contains the examining table, desk, chair, sink, bookcase, file cabinet, scale and stethoscope. The office is definitely in played-with condition. Lots of corner and edge wear. Color is pretty good, though. All the pieces of the office are in fair to good condition. The chair is held together with tape, but the other pieces are sturdy. The floor that folds open and the sides the open into walls are nice and sturdy. It was dusty, dirty when I found it, and I've only wiped it down a little. Further TLC will be up to winning bidder. There is a red plastic strip that I think is supposed to snap over the lid and keep the office closed, but I can't get it to reach, and I don't want to force it. Again, only in fair to good condition, but I believe this is a rare item. Winning bidder to pay shipping and insurance if desired within ten days of auction end. Money order gets immediate shipment.
