Return Policy :
1) Please report to us within 48 hours of your receipt of the item.
2) Return the damaged/ defective item(s) to us securely packed. Buyer is responsible for the return postage for damaged/defective because we are not responsible for the shipping cost of items return.
3) After we receive the damage/ defective item, and determine that the product is in fact defective or damage, we will ship a replacement to you.
4) We will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) or refund the money (Shipping and Handling fee are non refundable ) if item(s) is defined as “damaged/ defective item”.
5) If you do return an item and we determine that it is not defective/ damaged, we will send you back the original item.
Item(s) Lost :
Buyer, who has paid for insurance / registered mail service, can track your order via the tracking information provided. We suggest that you wait for further 7-14 business days, since international orders may encounter a general customs inspection.
We will not responsible for item(s) lost if buyer hasn't paid for insurance or registered mail service.
If the order has still not been received after this time, you can contact us with your ebay ID, order items, shipping address and we shall gladly investigate the matter for you.
