Shipping
Each of our listings includes a shipping calculator which can determine rates to your location (unless the item is being shipped by freight carrier). For most items, the calculator and the end of auction e-mail received by the winning bidder will show rates for both UPS and USPS. We will be happy to ship the item through any of the options provided by the calculator.
We take great pride in lightning fast, careful shipping! We use the highest quality materials to make sure each item is properly padded and arrives in excellent condition. Our shipping costs include a nominal amount to cover the cost of these materials and time.
Please note that the rate quoted in the shipping calculator (unless flat rate is used) already includes the cost of insurance. No additional USPS or UPS insurance is needed or offered. In the very rare instance that an item is damaged in transit, you MUST keep all original packaging materials and you may be asked to take photos of the damage. Please contact us so we can file an insurance claim quickly.
We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases based on the overall box size and weight and a rate will be calculated after all items have been won upon request. If you win multiple items, please contact us for a combined amount. We do not allow the use of external shipping accounts. All shipments from our store must use our shipping accounts.
Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box.
Returns
If this item arrives and does not match the description or pictures above, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund (You must e-mail us first to obtain authorization). We do not refund return shipping charges. Items picked up at our store are considered to be final upon acceptance when picked up.
