We guarantee the item to be delivered as indicated in the listing. The condition of the packaging or the box that the item arrives in does not reflect our item description. Items listed as NEW may or may not have all of their original packaging. This just means that to us, the item looks NEW and is in an unused state. Items that have never been opened and are still sealed, will be listed as FACTORY SEALED.
YOUR SHIPPING COSTS: In an effort to expedite your checkout process and to get your item to you as quickly as possible, We list either a flat fee or a calculated fee based on zip code for shipping and handling. Your item will be shipped Ground via a major carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL), which allows us to provide tracking. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery, with rural areas taking longer. We must have a street address (not a PO Box) if this being shipped other than USPS and a phone number. Please contact us if you want your item shipped to a PO Box, and we will try to make arrangements. All shipping charges include shipping costs, handling labor and packaging materials. We primarily ship FedEx USPS for shipments under 70 pounds. We will ship via the best carrier to get the package to you quickly and as safely as possible. We offer shipping insurance at a low cost on just about everything we sell. We highly recommend taking advantage of the insurance so that you and your new investment are protected. If it is a glass, pottery or breakable item insurance will be required. If you choose not to purchase insurance, then we will not be held responsible for damages or loss incurred during shipping. We endeavor to pack all of our shipments so that the products get to you safely and without damage. In the off chance that one of your products is damaged in shipment, please notify the shipper and us as soon as possible. Shipping insurance must be purchased. If you chose NOT to purchase any shipping insurance, then liability for damage or loss of item rests solely upon the you the buyer. We generally ship items within 1-3 business days after getting payment. If you mail a Money Order or Cashiers Check, Please ALLOW 7-10 Days for Us to Receive Payment! Payments received on the weekend will usually ship on the following Monday or Tuesday depending on volume and holidays. For International bidders, please be aware that we celebrate certain holidays here and that for the most part, shipping services are not available on those holidays. Please adjust anticipated shipping based on any holidays. We have no control over customs services or shipping time, once it reaches your country. So far we have never had an International package lost. Some have been delayed, but they all get there. Please give adequate time for International shipping.
Please do not email us as to the status of your purchase until a Reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received your purchase. We are a high volume seller and already have to answer over 100-200 emails daily.
SHIP TO ADDRESS: if paying by Paypal, We only ship to Paypal CONFIRMED Shipping addresses. If your Paypal address is NOT confirmed, then you need to take the time to get it confirmed, or pay by another means such as Credit Card, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Credit card orders, must ship to the billing address of the credit card, or you must contact your credit card company prior to payment and add the new address as an "Authorized" ship to address, or your item can not be shipped.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL ECHECKS: If you pay using Paypals ECheck system, please understand that Paypal withholds the money until it clears YOUR bank. Once it clears your bank, they send an email to us releasing the hold and allowing us to ship your item. We WILL NOT ship an item until we have written clearance from Paypal. Echecks take 5-7 business days to clear. If you want faster shipment then you will have to pay by another means. We have the ability to take credit card payments through email and by telephone. Please contact us by email or by telephone to make a credit card payment.
Alaska / Hawaii INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or the US Territories and we are shipping a small item, it is most likely being shipped via USPS and you do not need to contact us for special shipping quotes. If you are an international resident, you MUST contact us for an overseas shipping quote.
COMBINING SHIPMENTS: We will combine shipping and handling to reduce your costs when it is feasible. The way it works, is on items with stated Shipping and Handling in the auction, we charge FULL stated rate for Shipping Handling on the item with the highest "STATED" SH rate. Any additional items that "CAN" be combined will be at HALF of their respective stated rates. Please read the following conditions.

WARRANTY: We do not and can not offer warranties on any products that we sell unless otherwise stated in the product description. Sometimes boxes or packaging will have warranty information printed on it; Any warranty would be through the manufacturer of the item and not the SELLER or EBay. Be aware that even though some items are NEW and unused, They may no longer have any manufacturer warranty left.
BIDDING: Placing a bid on any of our auctions is a legal and binding contract. You must CONTACT us within 3 days of the end of the auction and all auctions MUST be paid in FULL within 10 days of the end of the auction. If you have not contacted us within 7 days after the auction closes, a non paying bidder report will be made to remind you (This is not an official complaint, just a reminder that you need to pay for your item or contact us). If you win an auction and need more time, contact us and try to work it out. Not contacting us or not paying for the auction WILL result in NEGATIVE feedback being left and a NON PAYING BIDDER claim being filed with EBay. You will also be blocked from bidding on any more of our auctions. Please do not bid on our auctions if you do not want the item or do not intend to pay for the auction when it completes. We will leave NEGATIVE Feedback file a Non-Paying Bidder Complaint with EBay. You MUST contact us prior to withdrawing any bid. If the item we are listing, does not have a picture of the actual video and or it's case, please ask and I will be happy to send you a photo of the actual item prior to purchase.
