This was to my grand daughters Barbie doll, that she thinks she's outgrown. It includes:
A top of shiny blue material that when light hits it looks a different color. It is trimmed in white shiny material that also looks like it has different color when light hits. The middle of the top has as see through lace material.
A bottom of shiny blue material that when light hits looks a different color. It has silver trim on top that has two clear sequins. The fins are a shiny green trimmed in silver
