We recycle as much as possible. Your package may arrive in any variety of boxes/envelopes.
Most of the wood parts are very durable and do not require much internal packaging material. We do a good job of determining appropriate amount of packaging needed. If you need special packaging, please notify us and we'll be more than happy to accomodate, however, extra charges may apply.
We can do custom drilling splitting of many items
Generally, drilling runs about $.08 per hole, splitting runs about $.15+/- depending on the size and shape of item. WE DO NOT split any item 1/2"(13mm) in diameter. Any item that was less than 1/2" diameter in our store and is split, was split at the mill. When requesting custom services, please be as SPECIFIC as possible in your request, noting hole size, direction, distance, etc.
